Biosafety classification is based on U.S. Public Health Service Guidelines, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their facilities comply with biosafety regulations for their own country.
Cultures can be maintained by addition of fresh medium. Alternatively, cultures can be established by centrifugation with subsequent resuspension at 6 x 104 viable cells/mL. Maintain cultures at a cell concentration between 5 x 104 and 4 x 105 cells/mL. Cell density can reach 1 x 106 cells/mL for antibody production.
