Comments

Animals were immunized with the 1670 cell line produced by immortalizing spleen cells from a whitelip tamarin with Herpesvirus saimiri.

Spleen cells were fused with P3/NSI/1-Ag4-1 myeloma cells.

The antibody recognizes a subset of CD8 positive T cells that have cytotoxic effector activity.

The S6F1 epitope is absent on CD8 positive suppressor cells.

Subculturing
