Resuspend in a small amount of broth and plate for single colonies to avoid fast growing clones taking over the culture.

For Cen Bank A, the insert range is 10-15 kb, the number of clones for coverage is 8900, and number of independent recombinants is 8.9x10³. There are 10% non-recombinants.
