Biosafety classification is based on U.S. Public Health Service Guidelines, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their facilities comply with biosafety regulations for their own country.
Recommendations for Infection: Infect host cells in a T-25 flask or equivalent culture vessel, at 80-90% confluence. Incubate for 2 to 9 days at 37°C in a humidified 5% CO2 atmosphere. For passage, co-cultivate infected cells with fresh cells. For preservation, harvest infected cells by trypsinization, resuspend in culture fluids supplemented with DMSO to 8%, and freeze.
